Michael K. Green, a body builder and former football player at the University of Washington, was convicted of raping a woman last August at Edmonds Community College in Washington. However, the Snohomish County Superior Court jury acquitted him of attempted first-degree rape and second-degree assault on another woman at the college a month earlier.
Green is being held in Snohomish County jail. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
