Water Tank Collapses

CARROLLTON, Tex. —
The roof of a 10-million-gallon water tank under construction collapsed beneath a work crew Wednesday, seriously injuring nine people, officials said. Jess Jones, public information officer for the Carrollton Fire Department, said the victims fell 70 feet to the bottom of the tank.
