Three Injured as Fire Hits Capital Prison Complex

LORTON, Va. —
Fire swept through a vocational education building at the District of Columbia’s prison complex Wednesday, injuring three firefighters and forcing the temporary evacuation of four dormitories. Officials said an electrical malfunction in a refrigerator started the blaze.
