Letters : Business Should Be Kept at Home
Relative to your article by John Mitchell (Westside section, July 24) on the Beverly Hills Board of Education hiring Braun & Co. for public relations for $30,000, the money is not the issue, as far as I’m concerned.
What bothers me is that the board saw fit to hire a company other than a corporation based in Beverly Hills, (for example) Rogers & Cowan and / or Lee Solters (Beverly Hills St. Patrick’s Day Parade) . . . .
I’m sure that Braun & Co. is very capable, but so are others. Keep it in Beverly Hills.
