Reagan Picks New Chief of Grain Inspection Service

President Reagan announced Wednesday that he is nominating W. Kirk Miller to be administrator of the Federal Grain Inspection Service. Miller, 38, of Whitefish Bay, Wis., is president of the American Barley Assn.
