New Town House Community Overlooks Westlake Village

Westlake Colony, a new Marlborough Development Corp. town house community on a hill overlooking Westlake Village, opens this weekend.
The first phase of the 78-unit development will include 34 two- and three-bedroom Cape Cod town homes. One-, two- and three-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,552 to 1,731 square feet.
Prices range from $139,990 to $155,990.
The homes feature living rooms, wood-burning fireplaces, wet bars, oval tubs and enclosed patios. Common areas include a pool, spa and lighted tennis court. A monthly homeowners fee of $126 will be charged at build-out.
The development, located at 30949 Minuteman Way, can be reached by heading south on the Lindero Canyon Road exit from the Ventura Freeway.
Three models designed by Stoffregen/Gouvis & Associates and decorated by Norman Colburt are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day except Friday.
