Body of Man Found in Trunk of Car Identified

The nude and badly decomposed body found in the trunk of a car in Hollywood on Friday has been identified as that of Harris M. Laurie, 32, whose 64-year-old mother, Arlene Laurie, was found stabbed to death in her Palm District apartment three days earlier.
The son died of multiple gunshot wounds and identification was made by a coroner’s examiner from dental X-rays.
