Michael L. Manahan has been named to the newly created position of assistant to the president at the Irvine Co. He will assist Thomas H. Nielsen with the company’s community-related activities.
Manahan joined the company in 1969 and has previously acted as assistant to the director of public relations and as manager of the community relations department.
The Irvine Co. is an Orange County builder of planned communities.
