Victoria Business Park in Long Beach Opens 45% Leased

Trammell Crow Co.’s $10-million Victoria Business Park on Victoria Street west of Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, is open, with more than 45% of the building leased, according to Brian Mott, the firm’s partner-in-charge.

The 120,000-square-foot development consists of an 80,000-square-foot, two-story structure with mezzanine office space and a single-story, 40,000-square-foot facility.

Victoria Business Park was designed by Hill-Pinckert Architects of Irvine.
