Two cases of Legionnaire’s disease, one of them fatal, have been confirmed in an outbreak of illness in Sheboygan, Wis., that has killed five people and sickened 23 since Aug. 10, health officials said. Officials seeking the source of the outbreak said they were concentrating on an area on the city’s northwest side.
