Plane Forced Off Runway by Bird Stuck in Engine

LINCOLN, Neb. —
An Air Force training jet rolled off a runway Tuesday after a bird was sucked into an engine and stalled it during a touch-and-go landing and takeoff exercise. The two-man crew was not injured, officials said.
