Carlsbad
The body of an unidentified young man washed up on shore Friday at a Carlsbad beach, officials said.
Deputy Coroner Jack Larkie said the man, estimated to be 15 to 20 years of age, appeared to have drowned. “He had been in the water for two or three days,” Larkie said.
The man was not clothed and carried no identification. Larkie said the victim appears to be of Oriental descent, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 124 pounds, with neck-length black hair.
