Mexican Leader to Speak

MEXICO CITY —
President Miguel de la Madrid’s state of the nation speech Monday will announce “important actions” to help the country overcome its worrisome economic crisis, Sen. Faustino Alva Zavala said in an interview published Friday by the government newspaper El National. It will be De la Madrid’s fourth annual state of the nation address.
