The Georgia firm that has supplied tickets for the California Lottery’s instant “scratch-off” games was selected over three other bidders to supply the tickets to be used over the next 15 months. A contract approved by Lottery Director Mark Michalko calls for Scientific Games Inc. of Norcross, Ga., to supply up to 1.2 billion instant tickets at a cost of up to $20 million.
