A mild earthquake shook Northern California, rattling windows and bringing dozens of calls to radio stations and police. No damage was reported in the temblor that was felt as far north as Marin County and as far south as Monterey County. The quake was centered 10 miles southeast of San Jose and registered 3.7 on the Richter scale, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
