The modern press center built for the 1986 World Cup soccer tournament will reopen in November as a Cultural Center for Contemporary Art, its owner, the private Televisa television network, has announced.

The center, next to the Presidente Chapultepec Hotel in the city’s affluent Polanco neighborhood, will have 55,000 square feet of exhibition space, enough to run three exhibitions simultaneously.
