Kris Kristofferson and Willie Nelson will host the “20th Annual Country Music Assn. Awards” from the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville Oct. 13 on CBS. Nominees for entertainer of the year are Reba McEntire, Willie Nelson, Ricky Skaggs, George Strait and the Judds (Wynonna and Naomi).
