5 Hurt as 10 Trucks Crash After N.Y. Diesel Fuel Spill

NEW ROCHELLE, N. Y. — A tractor-trailer spilled diesel fuel on Interstate 95 Thursday, setting off a chain of collisions in which five people were injured, police said. Ten tractor-trailers and one passenger car piled up in the accident, forcing closure of the interstate during the morning rush hour.
