They were just spinning their wheels at the most recent California Lottery “Big Spin”: No one won even a million-dollar prize, much less the progressive jackpot of $3.78 million. The nine finalists won a total of $310,000, with only two spinners winning $100,000--Theresa Rohland of Desert Hot Springs and Herbert Rinck of San Diego. One woman won a $50,000 prize, and the other six went home with the minimum $10,000. The jackpot now jumps to $4.3 million for the next spin.
