North American Boxing Federation bantamweight champion Frankie Duarte of Venice, who has a 40-6-1 record and 30 knockouts to his credit, will box Jose Torres of Tucson, 31-13 with 12 knockouts, in tonight’s 10-round main event at the Country Club in Reseda. The six-fight card is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
