Patio Home Project Opens

Twelve single-family patio homes with 1,617 to 2,224 square feet of living space are available in the first phase of The Gardens opening today in Pomona’s master-planned community of Mountain Meadows.

Four floor plans with one or two stories, three or four bedrooms and two or three bathrooms are available, ranging in price from $139,990 to $168,990. The development built by Costa Mesa-based WSLA Development Co., will eventually contain 74 homes.

The Mediterranean-style detached houses have fireplaces, clerestory or bay windows, vaulted ceilings and spa tubs. A monthly homeowners’ fee of $143 pays for a 24-hour security force.

The sales office and four decorated models are open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday, at 1652 El Camino Drive. The development can be reached from the northbound Ganesha Boulevard exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
