Covina : City Manager to Resign
City Manager Richard Miller will resign his post on Jan. 2 after 10 years on the job. Miller, 61, who submitted his resignation to the City Council this week, has said he is looking for a job in the private sector.
Miller will head the search for his replacement. He has worked for the city since 1951, when he was hired as an engineer for the Fire Department.
