Hospital Releases Weiss

WASHINGTON —
Rep. Ted Weiss (D-N.Y.), who underwent heart bypass surgery Oct. 3 after collapsing at a Capitol Hill banquet, was released Tuesday from Washington Hospital Center. A spokeswoman said he was resting with friends at an undisclosed location.
