John L. Wills has been promoted to president of Koll Construction Co. in Newport Beach. He replaces Stanley F. Brockhoff, who will serve as the company’s vice chairman.
Wills has been with Koll since 1983, when he joined the company as executive vice president. Before joining Koll, Wills was president of C.L. Peck Contractors in Los Angeles.
Koll is a developer and general contractor for commercial and industrial projects throughout the Western states.
