Financing Arranged for Anaheim Building
Construction financing of $5 million, backed by a $5-million debt / equity commitment issued by Northwestern National Life Insurance Co., has been provided by First Interstate Mortgage Co’s Income Property Division in Orange County for a proposed three-story office building in Anaheim.
A project of Katella-Lewis, a California general partnership, the building is expected to be built by next August on the northwest corner of Katella Avenue and Lewis Street. Larmor Development Co., builder of the 42,639-square-foot structure, will be a tenant along with Penta Pacific Properties.
