Hill & Knowlton Inc., the public relations subsidiary of JWT Group Inc., named Thomas E. Eidson to the newly created position of president and chief operating officer of Hill & Knowlton USA. Eidson, who has been manager of H&K;’s Western region and head of its Los Angeles office, will soon be moving to New York to take up his new position.
