Mild Earthquake in Iran

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
A mild earth tremor shook the northeastern Iranian city of Quchan early Tuesday, Tehran radio said. There were no reports of casualties or damage. The earthquake measured 3.2 on the Richter scale, according to the broadcast, monitored in Nicosia.
