Marina del Rey : Chamber to License Name

The Marina del Rey Chamber of Commerce, following the lead of the Hollywood chamber, will register its name with the California secretary of state for licensing purposes, according to Bob Leslie, president.

The chamber’s trademark, featuring three sailboats at sea, will be affixed to various items and offered for sale. The income derived from the licensing program will be used to promote the Marina del Rey area and local businesses, he said.
