Tishman Towers Columns Rising

Placement of the first multi-ton steel columns marked start of construction on the initial phase of Tishman Executive Towers, a $100-million-plus office complex under development on the southwest corner of Lawson Way and Town & Country Road in Orange.
The project, a joint venture of Tishman Realty & Construction Co. Inc. and Executive Life Insurance Co., will include twin 16-story, 373,000-square-foot office and retail towers and a nine-story garage situated around a landscaped public plaza.
The first tower is scheduled for occupancy in the fall of 1987. Architect is the Nadel Partnership, Santa Monica.
