Rancho P.V. : Finance Director Named

Kevin N. Smith, a municipal finance officer from Arizona, has been named city finance director here, City Manager Dennis McDuffie said. Smith, who has been finance director of Wickenburg, Ariz., for two years, will start in Rancho Palos Verdes on Monday. His salary will be $39,600 a year. Smith will supervise all city accounts, business licensing, data processing, auditing and financial reporting.
