Biathlon Expected to Attract More Than 500
A field of more than 500 is expected to compete in the Olive View Biathlon and 5K Run on Saturday morning.
The biathlon, which begins at 8:30 in front of Sylmar’s Olive View Medical Center, will consist of a 10K run and a 25K cycle race. The run is comprised of two 5K loops. The cycling will be held on streets surrounding the San Gabriel Mountains.
Registration is $10 for the 5K Run and $20 for the biathlon. The 5K Run begins at 7:30 a.m.
