Mahony and School Clinics
Mahony seems to be in the dark (ages) about the fact that parents, so far, have exerted virtually no influence on their children about abstaining form teen-age sex. The efforts of school board members Jackie Goldberg and Bill Rivera to make birth-control counseling available to students are very brave.
