Lomita : Hearing Set on Arcade Bill
The City Council plans to schedule a public hearing in January on a proposed ordinance that would define arcades as establishments with four or more games of skill or amusement that require payment to operate.
A business classified as an arcade would be required to provide one parking space for every 150 square feet of floor area and to provide bicycle racks.
