Ronald S. Posner, 44, has been named president and chief executive of Belmont-based Ansa Software, succeeding Steve Dow, who assumes the post of vice chairman of the Ansa board of directors. Posner recently left Ashton-Tate, where he was executive vice president, following the Torrance software developer’s appointment of Luther Nussbaum as its president.
