Two Wilmington landlords have been sentenced to jail after entering no-contest pleas to charges stemming from insect infestation and dilapidated conditions at their apartment buildings. Victor Corpuz, 74, received 30 days in jail and Samuel Corpuz, 46, was sentenced to 60 days by Los Angeles Municipal Court Commissioner Barry Kohn, the city attorney’s office said. Kohn also placed both men on three years’ probation.
