Eu Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

The man accused of bludgeoning California Secretary of State March Fong Eu during a robbery at her Hancock Park home pleaded innocent today to 10 counts of burglary and robbery stemming from break-ins at six luxury homes.
Gregory Lee Moore entered the plea through a public defender in Municipal Court and was ordered to return for a hearing to schedule a preliminary hearing on Dec. 5. Municipal Court Judge Glenette Blackwell ordered Moore held without bail.
