A Nebraska National Guardsman was killed and four others suffered minor injuries when their Jeep overturned during a mock desert battle at Fort Irwin near Barstow, the Army reported. The soldier killed was identified as Spec. 4 Ted T. Ramos, 22, of Ogallala, Neb.
