Shultz to Meet NATO Allies

WASHINGTON — Secretary of State George P. Shultz will meet NATO allies in Brussels next week, the State Department announced today, for talks that are expected to include the Iran- contras affair and an explanation of the U.S. violation of the SALT II treaty.
