Santee
A 74-year-old Santee woman drowned in her swimming pool Friday, a county coroner’s office spokesman reported Saturday. Anita Rodriguez’s husband found her body floating in the pool.
Life Flight paramedics who were called to the home on New Seabury Drive pronounced the woman dead at the scene. Deputy Coroner Cal Vine said the woman apparently was washing windows when she lost her balance, hit her head and fell into the pool.
