Tiger Prowls Chinese City Streets, Kills Two

PEKING —
A tiger wandering through the provincial capital of Kunming killed two people and injured three before being shot, a Shanghai newspaper said Friday.
The report said the tiger didn’t belong to any nearby zoos or animal research institutes. Tigers are found in remote areas of south China, although sightings are rare.
