A suspected drug dealer was shot and killed by a state narcotics officer in Hollywood after he made “a movement as if he was going to resist arrest,” a spokesman for the Narcotics Enforcement Bureau of the state Justice Department said. Pedro Cuicano, described as a “major trafficker” of cocaine, was a passenger in a car driven by Victor Valledares, when he was shot from about two feet away by the arresting agent, the spokesman, Bob Gallardo, said.
