VANNA WHAT?

In response to the Outtakes item on Vanna White by Peter H. Brown and Jim Pinkston (Dec. 7), would somebody please tell me what she does to deserve all this attention?

Does she sing? Does she dance? Does she act? She must do more than just turn letter boxes on a game show. Or does she? Does one need only to be female and pretty to make it in show business?
