Nashua Baseball Team Moving to Harrisburg

Associated Press

The Nashua Pirates baseball team will play in Harrisburg, Pa., beginning in 1987 and will be renamed the Senators.

Ownership of the team will not change, co-owner George Como said. Como said his partner, Jerome Mileur, finalized the move Tuesday in Hollywood, Fla.

Como said efforts are underway to bring another Eastern League team--possibly the Waterbury Indians--into Nashua.
