Regulators suspended a Denver brokerage.
Blinder, Robinson & Co., the nation’s largest penny-stock brokerage, was suspended by federal securities regulators for 45 days, effective Jan. 12, for engaging in what regulators called violations of federal anti-fraud laws during a stock offering. The company said it will appeal the ruling to a federal appeals court.
