Disney sued retailers over sales.

The action, filed in U.S. District Court, named more than 90 retailers in the Los Angeles area from whom products, including apparel and jewelry bearing allegedly unauthorized likenesses of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and other Disney characters, were purchased. Disney seeks damages from each defendant and asked the court to forbid future sales of infringing goods. Five similar suits have been filed in New York and South Carolina.
