Crash Kills U.N. Aide

VIENNA —
The deputy director for health of the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees, Naji Ayyash, 50, was killed in an accident in Vienna Tuesday night, police said Wednesday. A police spokeswoman said the Palestinian-born doctor was hit by a car whose driver, an Austrian, was under the influence of alcohol.
