Emerald Center Completed

Construction has been completed on Emerald Center, a 74,500-square-foot neighborhood center at Emerald Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in La Verne, designed by the Irvine office of McClellan Cruz Gaylord for Hughes Development Corp.
