Some Forest Roads Closed: Wet weather once again has prompted the closure of U.S. Forest Service roads in the Cleveland National Forest, authorities said. Forest ranger Nancy Curriden said the roads to be closed include the North Main Divide and the Bedford, Indian and Maple Springs roads, all of which are located north of Ortega Highway in the Trabuco Ranger District. Curriden said the roads are closed during the rainy season to prevent damage to the roadbeds and ensure public safety.
