Pasadena : Candidate Is an Outsider
A candidate for the Board of Directors has run into a slight hitch--he does not live in Pasadena. David Roger Headrick, 38, took out the necessary papers, but the city clerk later discovered that Headrick’s residence on Allen Avenue just north of Washington Boulevard is two doors outside the city boundary.
Headrick, who moved to the area in November, said he still intends to run and already has found a new residence--this time within city limits. He is running for the board’s District 4 seat in the March 10 municipal election.
