Judges, Prosecutors Blockade U.S. Base

MUTLANGEN, West Germany —
Police today arrested 20 judges and prosecutors who staged a two-hour blockade of a U.S. Army Pershing-2 missile base to show solidarity for anti-nuclear protesters fined for similar demonstrations.
